CINNAMON

It is a kind of  spice obtained from the inner bark of several trees from the genus Cinnamon that is used in both sweet and savory foods.

A type of cinnamon called Cinnamomum velum (Also called True Cinnamon), and is grown in Sri Lanka, Seychelles, Madagascar and Southern India. There are around 250 species of Cinnamomum currently recognized.
